This pull adds a config tool for ESBMC-AI that will make it easier and simpler to configure. The config tool will support creating and editing the environment file, along with editing a config file in a default location on the system. The following locations are chosen as they are already supported by ESBMC-AI:
~/.config/esbmc-ai.envor%userprofile%\esbmc-ai.envfor Windows.~/.config/esbmc-ai.jsonor%userprofile%\esbmc-ai.jsonfor Windows.Currently, there are no plans to fully support editing of
config.json. More specifically, the "chat_modes" object in the config will not be added to the config tool.
