LGTM. But @tomassebestik, please don't link to the internal JIRA from Github.
@dobairoland There is no link (noting exposing internal structure), just a note in plain text format - is this also an issue? |
I'm sorry then. I forgot that I have a browser addons which replaces JIRA IDs with links. |

This PR adds deprecation warnings to the
update_submodule_versionsaction, which is currently not used anywhere. It has been moved to a private repository and will be reviewed and possibly reworked (internal JIRA ticket RDT-792).A deprecation notice for the entire repository has been added, along with a table of migrated GitHub actions (new locations).
