and capitalization in our paths =)... We have a /what-is-ethereum/
path, would suggest renaming this file to public/content/what-is-blockchain/index.md

The single #
represent an h1
(top-level heading)... We should only have one of these per page, and any nesting should only step one level deeper.
With what you have, would suggest bumping all the lines with a single #
to use ##
instead. At the top here, may have to decide how you want to arrange this, but we should start with a single #
line, and not jump to a ###
before using ##
