Shadcn migration - tag codebase migration

Description

Migrates instances of old Pill and Badge components to use the new Tag component.

Details:

• removes src/components/Pill.tsx
• removes src/components/Tag/index.tsx
• removes usage of @chakra-ui/Tag
• removes temp src/components/ui/badge.tsx
• creates new src/components/ui/tag.tsx and replace all the previous instances
