Frustratingly, the atmoz/sftp container seems to be a better choice but randomly sometimes it doesn't chown the upload directory correctly so you can't write to it.

mobilistics/sftp doesn't have that problem, but you can only use either password or a single SSH key, and I need multiple keys for the tests.
