Motivation
When documents are ordered in the Unterlagenshop an 'Ereignis' is created and should be also returned by the Ereignis-API.
Changes
Add new Kategorie "UNTERLAGENBESTELLUNG" and 3 new Aktivitäten representing the oder status.
