I somehow managed to create a conflict even though there is really nothing conflicting. The new version is correct. |

This improves the design and content of the killmail notification according to the request on discord. Additionally, it refactors how notifications for killmails are dispatched to be more in line with how all other notifications are dispatched and adds some convenience conversions to the discord message system
