WebSocket stability attemps, 3DCone + fixgen refactors

index.js: 
- add jsonTimeout and reqsLegal (from WLED, no idea if this makes it more stable...)
- test if requestjson string is bigger then 1340 (WLED decides to http then, log only here), doesn't seem to happen though

AppModLedFixGen
- clean up the mess a bit
- create GenFix class
- add 3D Cone
- Spiral and globe still to do
