Ooooh - super exciting, what is this?, solves the remaining crash situations I hope 🙂

If we want to support platforms other than ESP32 we need an alternative web server. The current one is tied too closely to the esp network stack.
Also as we know the web server is the biggest cause of memory fragmentation, then it might be worth trying an alternative
