- Support sequence elements creation and destruction and upgrade mermaid to 10.9.0
- Fix arrow position for class diagram by offsetting by 16px depending on the direction (Ref - The Relation height changed from v10.4.0 - v10.5.0 for class diagrams mermaid-js/mermaid#5417)
- Fix double rendering of class diagrams when name space present and also fix grouping (This was in prod as well)
- Add some comments and refactoring
