Update the Environments page to match the wireframes.

Are the environments UX designs ready? I think there's going to be another iteration that includes the app concept. @pmuir @catrobson @jstrachan

UX Designs for Environments are at the link above.

The "Applications" view is going to be a separate tab which I am still working through design concepts for. We can create a separate issue for that since it will be a different tab and view than this environments page.

BTW the Environments page is now Tabs based which is vaguely like the mock up - though needs the shiny new widget to be more closer:

@jstrachan & @catrobson can we close this?

@joshuawilson this really doesn't match the wireframes yet. @dlabrecq I see you've added the compound extension list view. Can we now use that on this page and do roll-up information as shown in the designs on the top level list item (environment)?

There is a PR for compound expansion, but it has yet to be merged to patternfly-ng.

At some point, we would like to begin consuming that library -- not sure how soon that will be ready. The alternative is to port that to ngx-widgets; however, I'd rather wait for patternfly-ng if possible? We're getting close...

I agree, we should wait for patternfly-ng.
