chdir & name change

• Renamed from fs_date_archivist to fs-date-archvist.
• Added a chdir option in the GUI.

Coldfix

• fs_date_archivist.exe probably works a bit better. Perhaps there were subtle memory bugs I didn't notice.
• probably made the overall application slower because that's what you're supposed to do when you release things.

An okay archivist!

This is my first time actually releasing a somewhat non-trivial tool that has working GUI!
And you know what, I think I did pretty okay!
Most of this should work cross platform except for parts of the Makefile.
Right now, I'm just releasing it for Windows.

Usage

• Download and extract fs_date_archivist_v1.0.0.zip
• Invoke fs_date_archivist.exe
