CADET-Match provides a method to compare simulation data with experimental data which has been fractionated and analized. This feature is currently not implemented in CADET-Process.

To do:

  • Create fractions from solution
  • Setup optimization problem to determine SSE with offset
  • Normalize scores (optional)
