Logs

All log entries are written to %TEMP%\Shapeshifter\Shapeshifter.log.

Viewing

Logs can be easily accessed by right-clicking the Shapeshifter tray icon and clicking "Show log file". This will open the log file in your default text editor.

Submitting

When reporting an issue, it can sometimes be a good idea to include the log entries for approximately the time that the issue occured.

1. View the log file as described earlier.
2. Copy the log entries that are around the same period of time as your issue occured. If you are unsure, instead go to where the logs are located, and copy the whole log file.
3. Paste it into your issue.
