Fixed Performance Timestamps to match local timezone

Timestamps were not correctly converted from UTC to local Timezone, which is fixed in this release. If not specified when running Connect-OciServer, the Timezone can be changed with the $CurrentOciServer.Timestamp parameter.

Major improvement of annotation Cmdlets and change to Comodo code signing certificate

The annotation Cmdlets got a major overhaul. Many small fixes, especially due to improved Cmdlet testing. Changed to Comodo code signing certificate. This should simplify running the Cmdlets in secure sites.

Improved Patch handling and added Cmdlets for getting queries and annotation rules

Several improvements were made to all Cmdlets involving patch handling. Adding, removing, modifying, approving and rollback of patches is now tested and working. Also added Cmdlets for retrieving OCI Queries and Annotation Rules.

Bugfix release

Added Name parameter for Import-OciServerCertificate and Remove-OciServerCertificate to allow connections to the OCI Server without providing previously connecting to the OCI Server

Added partner.password to datasource config, added Import-OciServerCertificate and Remove-OciServerCertificate as well as several fixes for performance parsing

The datasource config for foundation did not include partner.password. It is now present if partner.ip is present. Also password and partner.password are not set using Update-OciDatasource if they are empty. Additionally, this release contains several performance parsing fixes and Cmdlets for importing and removing the OCI Server credential into the list of Trusted Certification Authorities.

Fixed an issue where the cmdlet does not contain switch parameters, but the switchparameter variable contains an empty string instead of being an empty array

Added support for retrieving topology by host and storage. Also includes an important bugfixes for retrieving hosts.
