Implemented proper framerate as suggested in #4 Thanks Shuichi Takano!

  • Comes with Homebrew game Blade Buster. When no rom is loaded, this game starts.

Still no audio however. :-(

Attention! Base address for uploading rom with picotool has changed. You have to re-upload your rom.
