Currently the goal of this application is to provide the smallest and quickest example possible of a full-screen toggle inside of a Chrome "packaged app".

The Unicode (Greek) text is still there just to force me to notice when it doesn't load. I'll replace it soon with something less obtuse like "congratulations you installed this extension so consider giving these next few things a try".

If the user gets this far then they may be interested in installing the "base" application which starts out with the same full screen toggle but then wants to encourage you to experiment with using the tag as a window manager would.
