I think the "Experimental v2 APIs with F3 awareness" section should be at the top of the Feature/Improvement Highlights section. There are also subbullets there that are encapsulated by the "Experimental v2 APIs with F3 awareness". I'll make a proposal for this in a followup commit or PR.
