When being called externally (e.g. from focus_converter on --validate) this code fails to provide currency codes. Instead it reports
BilledCurrency_IsCurrencyCode failed:
Description: Ensures that column is of currency-code type.
Rows: (whole file)
Example values: FileNotFoundError("2")
