Add Quickstart tests for Xcode 15 zip distribution and investigate #11947.
Everything builds, so no repro of #11947
The tests are flaky with Xcode 15 so I updated the script to only build.
The main thing we need to test here is building. The tests run in the quickstart repo.
Quickstart tests for RTDB and Firestore are disabled because they build on building a binary of FirebaseUI which needs its resources signed, which the zip builder doesn't support.
