  1. Added CMakePreset for full MSYS2 and MinGW. May those that follow me not attempt to mix MSVC and MinGW.
  2. Added SVG support and README
  3. Added check to see if the mods table exists to prevent an error.
  4. Corrected a printf line in ra_client.cpp
  5. Added COPY lines for missing SFX
