Given a .tmx file, it will make the other resolution files for use in Cocos2D.
For example:
If provided "tilemap-hd.tmx" it makes appropriately adjusted "tilemap.tmx" and "tilemap-ipadhd.tmx" in the same map folder.
It doesn't do anything to images... yet?
