unfortunately binwalk is abandoned, so let's use the OSPG fork that bundles py3.12 support. Fix an extraction exception by running binwalk as root.
updates codenames, removes support for bionic and python 3.7.

This makes it possible to use Alpine to build the Docker container. Make the user responsible of installing on an unsupported distro.

This patch series rebases the extractor and its Dockerfile to add support for ubuntu 24.04.
