When some GNOME applications have very generic application names, localization is possible.

For example, we use "Dosyalar" in Turkish, instead of Files for Nautilus. The word "Telegraph" also exists in different languages.

This PR enables the localization of the application name.

I am suggesting this as a proposal, but there is no rule that requires GNOME applications to follow this approach.
