This component provides an hour reporting system for OpenPSA. Its main features include:

Management of hour reports
support for mutliple types of reports in the form of custom Datamanager Schemas
Filtering capabilities
Integration with the project management and sales support components.
The invoicing component can use hour report data to automatically calculate invoice totals based on the selected agreement for the task.

This documentation is very much a work in progress, and pull requests are welcome!
