config-updater and new sounds!

New

• added config-updater to automatically update the config after reload/restart
• added new sounds
  • when train reaches a station: extinguish sound appears
  • when train reaches a station: station bell sound appears (to get this set station_bell to true in config.yml)

Bugfixes

• fixed a bug where player spawns in a block when exiting a train
