- sokol_gfx.h: Add explicit depth / stencil formats:
- `SG_PIXELFORMAT_DEPTH24PLUS`,
- `SG_PIXELFORMAT_DEPTH24PLUS_STENCIL8`
- `SG_PIXELFORMAT_DEPTH32F`
- `SG_PIXELFORMAT_DEPTH32F_STENCIL8`

This allows selection of an explicit format type, resulting in a consistent
precision regardless of backend. Existing `SG_PIXELFORMAT_DEPTH` and
`SG_PIXELFORMAT_DEPTH_STENCIL` formats are unchanged.
