+  adds a new config define `SOKOL_WIN32_FORCE_WINMAIN`. This allows to expose
+  both a `main()` and `WinMain()` entry point in the same link library by
+  defining both `SOKOL_WIN32_FORCE_MAIN` and `SOKOL_WIN32_FORCE_WINMAIN` before
+  including the sokol_app.h implementation.
+  In this case sokol_app.h will not automatically activate the right Windows subsystem
+  via `#pragma comment (linker) "/subsystem:X")` though, instead the build system
+  must take care of picking the correct subsystem.
