Fixes a bug in the
MockIlluminaRunclass when the platform is set tonovaseq, which resulted in theI1index having zero cycles assigned in the mockRunInfo.xmlfile. The error was due to a problem in the default bases mask, where was supplied rather thanI10for the first index read.The PR also adds an assertion when generating the mock
RunInfo.xmlfile, to check that the number of cycles is greater than zero.
