Add information to the
platformsmodule listing known sets of run completion files for Illumina sequencers. These are sets of files which indicate by their presence (or absence) whether a sequencing run has finished (or not).A new function
get_run_completion_filesenables the lists to be retrieved for arbitrary platforms, and is also used in theMockIlluminaRunclass (in themockmodule) when creating mock sequencing runs for different sequencers.
