Summary

Note: This has cherry picked commits from #920 to enable a clean layout for the repositories.
- Will rebase and update once #920 is merged fully.

Rebased

Updates the discord-bot page with additional resources and notes upcoming changes to the infrastructure of our bot.

Plan on creating new pages (if required) and updating the commands list at a later time.

Is is possible to move the current discord bot table and changelog to its own page too? As having it on the main page could imply that it is the 'primary' bot, whereas the current bot, and V3 will co-exist as 'primary' until all commands are moved to V3 and current is depreciated

Hmmm we'd need to do a minor restructure or put them in a collapsable admonition (which starts as closed to start?).

Let me know and we can merge this asap no problem!
