…e previous file is finished (source stopped sending etc). Aborts current transfer and starts a new one. Added code to discard data from an unexpected file transfer already in progress (reboot while large transfer was in progress etc.)

Cleaned up some file transfer issues
added UI message to indicate when a reboot is needed to process a zip file
Fixed bug in Dig octa that resulted in no data output on gpio 1 and 3.
