Saving this here:

GET https://api.nuget.org/v3-flatcontainer/videolan.libvlc.uwp/3.3.2/videolan.libvlc.uwp.3.3.2.nupkg

It seems like our VLC UWP nuget package is not pulled from the Azure registry...

Is that line pulled from the CI?

Yes, it's from the NuGetCommand step or job from the Azure build.
