Motivation

@title is parsed but dropped.

Solution

Now render @title entries at the top of the comment block in CommentsRef::as_doc, aligned with existing Author/Notice/Dev/custom formatting. The page H1 continues to be derived from the parsed item identity to preserve anchors and structure, while @title provides the intended human-friendly title text within the content.
