Generate a Warning in case of variable/macro error (#226)

    - Generated a warning so as to make the build fail
      in strict mode (`mkdocs build --strict`)
    - Updated documentation of Advanced usage and Troubleshooting
      to clarify this.
    - Bumped revision number.
