First version working

Tasks:

- Add gitignore file
- Filter idea files
- Add basic tests, clean and reorganize code
- Organize imports and minor changes
- Format code a la rust
- Fix biblio content addition and date format in hbs
- Add MPL 2.0 license
- Add github workflows for tests based on actions-rs
