Migrate from Angular v1 to React.
The reason for this is so that we stick to the FCC curriculum and make it easier for Campers to contribute. Angular was only chosen initially because @artitudinale1 and @chris-alexander were familiar with it. We need to be able to use Redux properly before this can be moved to Production.
