  1. Add Pine64-LTS board directory 

    based on Pine64 board directory
image size increased to ((3000 * 1000 * 1000))
use u-boot-sopine rather than u-boot-pine64 due to type of DRAM used
using the u-boot-pine64 fails to detect any DRAM in u-boot startup
