Good to see this update. Like the aptitude changes, we should test this on a few systems. Maybe I was a bit hasty in axing 12.04 completely. We should consider keeping compatibility to currently supported LTS versions of OS's that we have used. |

This will remove all support for Ubuntu versions other than 14.04 LTS and remove all bashisms.
It also reverts install.txt to 42fd0a3 and installs nyancat from utopic (14.04) instead of trusty (14.10).
P.S. This branch is called imprecise because it is not compatible with precise, hence "not precise".
