That's an undocumented and reserved property, but even if it wasn't, this can be decided on a case-by-case basis. For anyone looking to do that, it might just be better to replace the |

CTest inclusion by default adds a bunch of targets.
Adding before the inclusion
set_property(GLOBAL PROPERTY CTEST_TARGETS_ADDED 1)suppresses them.
