Fixed the issue where many users could not access settings page by hosting the page on rawgit.com

• Fully functional and locally stored settings page can be used to change the color of every on screen element.
• Double vibration on Bluetooth disconnect can be toggled
• Backgrounds and dial rings can be set to change color depending on Bluetooth or battery status, colors are dark blue for connected and dark red for disconnected, and green for >50%, orange-yellow for >20% and red for <20%.
