updated the parsing of the entry timestamp to match + added test to verify (based on manual editing) // fixes #66

Updated the ING parser to change the way the entrydate is handled. This includes a test to match (but is manually crafted)
This seems fully BC, but might need some verification by @BerendSpigt (the OP of #66 )
