Latest version of bioconductor-cardinal 2.14.0

is there a plan to update the cardinal from version 2.10.0 to 2.14.0 in the near future?

Hi,
I have made some updates that are not yet ready to be published, but if you tell me which functions you would need from Cardinal version 2.14. I am very happy to integrate them into the Galaxy tools soon.
