The EasyOpenCV section was dropped as there isn't very many reasons to recommend using it over the VisionPortal, which adds additional functionality.
The second commit doesn't directly relate to the new SDK features, but I felt FTC Dashboard should be included as one of the vision resources at the bottom of the page. Also adds a category header to these resources.
