Fluency-Guided Cross-Lingual Image Captioning Introduction This code is changed from the code for the paper Weiyu Lan, Xirong Li, Jianfeng Dong, Fluency-Guided Cross-Lingual Image Captioning, ACM MM 2017 . But the code only use caption generate term,and change it to apply on weibo data.
