Updated the run file and llr package to include a step 8 function to show the fitted LT result as an RGB image. Also added modified functions to print the image year in step 3. Small changes to step 7 to help the timing out issue. Couldn't get lt to export as a task correctly, but that would speed up steps 8 and 9.
