fix: solve the test issue

Fix #19

• implement a new initialization method based on a service account. using the API key as an env variable the user can now Init GEE from it without exposing its personnal account.
• add the project_id in all auth methods
• handle error in situation where no project_id is set
• stop relying on Root folder and use the project assets instead.
