Hello, this is my attempt to add D support to the runner. It requires ldc2 to be available. The code compiles but I'm not sure how to invoke it, let me know if there are changes that need to be made

@chermehdi On Ubuntu, the LDC compiler can be installed with apt install ldc. It's also available via snap: snap install ldc2 --classic. A successful installation can be tested with ldc2 --version

$ ldc2 --version
