Please use the official install guide to run AWX using the maintained AWX container images: https://github.com/ansible/awx/blob/devel/INSTALL.md#docker-compose

You might also consider using the Tower Operator I am building if you would like to deploy in Kubernetes: https://github.com/geerlingguy/tower-operator
