The meeting will happen in the Odegaard Undergraduate Library on the University of Washington campus. We will meet in the Active Learning Classroom OUG 136.

Travel

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport offers a range of connections to the University of Washington Campus. Please see this site for more information on ways to get to UW.

Lodging

The University of Washington maintains a list of hotels near campus on its website.

Dorm rooms are available on the North Campus for $43.25 per person, per night for double occupancy, and $69.50 per night for single occupancy. Please email [email protected] by Friday, 7/21 to reserve a dorm room. Please be sure to specify your arrival and departure dates and the number of nights needed.

The North Campus residence halls include single-gender community restrooms, hardwired Internet in the sleeping rooms and easy access to one of our All-You-Care-to-Eat (AYCE) dining facilities, 8 at McMahon. Wireless Internet access is available in the common areas and dining facilities. North Campus is home to the Husky Union Building’s event and dining venues as well as a short walk from the Intramural Activities Building (our world-class fitness center) and Seattle’s University Village.
